A friend of mine was raving about a portobello mushroom salad she had tried, so I figured I’d give it a shot.

She was right—it was ah-mazing. If you’re a fan of mushrooms, this salad is sure to not disappoint. Super easy to prepare and magically delicious.

Ingredients:

  • Portobello mushroom slices (I used about 6)
  • A generous amount of feta cheese
  • Freshly sliced tomatoes 
  • Roasted pecans
  • Mixed salad greens (I prefer torn romaine leaves)
  • And the best part, add the dressing of your choice (on the side, of course)

Badda-bing-badda-boom. Dinner on a plate.
