A friend of mine was raving about a portobello mushroom salad she had tried, so I figured I’d give it a shot.
She was right—it was ah-mazing. If you’re a fan of mushrooms, this salad is sure to not disappoint. Super easy to prepare and magically delicious.
- Portobello mushroom slices (I used about 6)
- A generous amount of feta cheese
- Freshly sliced tomatoes
- Roasted pecans
- Mixed salad greens (I prefer torn romaine leaves)
- And the best part, add the dressing of your choice (on the side, of course)
