A friend of mine was raving about a portobello mushroom salad she had tried, so I figured I’d give it a shot.
She was right—it was ah-mazing. If you’re a fan of mushrooms, this salad is sure to not disappoint. Super easy to prepare and magically delicious.
Ingredients:
Portobello mushroom slices (I used about 6)
A generous amount of feta cheese
Freshly sliced tomatoes 
Roasted pecans
Mixed salad greens (I prefer torn romaine leaves)
And the best part, add the dressing of your choice (on the side, of course)
Badda-bing-badda-boom. Dinner on a plate.
