Most likely the book comes first, but I feel like a baby would contribute greatly to my perspective of things. The world is a mystery, and I intend to write about everything I see, making sure to highlight all of the different seasons. As for the kitchen, I don’t need many tools—just grand amounts of countertop space, a wood-fire oven, and an endless supply of red wine.

What is the thing you want most in life? Also, huge fan of your writing. I love the way your mind works; you have an astounding ability to describe perfectly and harmoniously exactly what you feel, in a way that connects with others. Don't ever stop.

This past weekend, the (too sweet) boyfriend got us tickets (Happy Valentine’s Day to me!) to the 2013 Jazz and Heritage Festival. I’m always immensely thankful for the chance to visit New Orleans—to take in all of its sights and sounds and smells—to discover new places, and revisit old ones.

As an added bonus, I got to see John Mayer preform for the second time. As expected, he didn’t disappoint. Double bonus included trying one of the best Po-Boys in the world at Mahony’s—a must visit for the New Orleans area.

But the best part was experiencing all of it with my best friend.

For a boy, I usually tend to swoon over names that happen to be Biblical. I really like: William, Eli, Noah, Liam, Gabriel, Aidan, Jonah, Levi, Eilam.

Girl names include, but are not limited to: Emelyn, Scarlett, Addison, Ava, Lillian, Eloise, Eleanor, Theodora, Gwen, Zelda
